Counselling Services

Counselling is a form of psychological or talking therapy that offers people a chance to change how they feel and to feel better.

Counselling provides a regular time and space for people to talk about their troubles and explore difficult feelings in an environment that is safe, confidential and free from judgement. A person may choose to see a Counsellor because of difficult experiences they have been through such as a relationship breakdown, bereavement or redundancy. Or they may want help dealing with feelings of sadness, depression, anxiety or low self worth that doesn’t seem to be connected to any particular event.

There are many reasons for a person to seek therapy from a Counsellor. You can find out more about the types of support available for a variety of areas we can help with by clicking the links below (these will direct you to an external website via a new tab).
