If you take out the team in teamwork, it’s just work (and nobody wants that!). Our team challenge and inspire each other everyday to be better…who doesn’t want that?
Meet our Team
It is my pleasure to welcome you to Boundary House Practice and the wonderful things that will follow. As a practicing Podiatrist I take great pride in my work, consistently striving for excellence. I created Boundary House Practice to further the ever expanding sector of private healthcare in an environment which not only offers access to individual specialists, but where our clinicians work together and share knowledge. I believe that approached in the correct way, we can break boundaries in healthcare, offering a window to better care, better outcomes and happier clients.
I joined the practice to provide Podiatry services in my unique, caring, and friendly manner. I believe in treating the person, rather than just their problem, and working with people to get the best results. I am always learning and looking for extra value that I can add to the practice and patients alike, and I enjoy making your feet look great, as well as feeling amazing!
When not at the practice, I spend time with my family, often watching Disney with my toddler Amy, who loves to keep me on my toes. I also enjoy catching up with a good box set when I get the chance
I have joined the Practice with a wealth of experience working as a Podiatry Assistant for the NHS for the past 16 years; I now offer a Nail Cutting service at the Practice for those who can no longer manage to cut their own nails.
Before working as a Podiatry Assistant, I spent much of my working life in Social Care where I held a variety of positions from Mobile Carer to Care Home Manager. I now hold a Level 3 NVQ in Diagnostic & Therapeutic Support and undertake regular mandatory training.
The best part of my work is the huge difference I can make to people’s lives in a short amount of time, just by making their feet feel more comfortable.
In my spare time I really enjoy walking, fussing over my cat, and enjoying a gin or two!
I am a Registered Nurse within Manchester University Hospital’s Trust. Alongside this I work privately as an Aesthetics Nurse, currently offering facial fillers and Botox. In the near future I hope to expand my aesthetic treatments to possibly include skin rejuvenation and dermaplaning.
My goal is to help people enhance their natural beauty. I’ll always talk with you on a personal level to see how you want to feel and therefore look.
I am a Sports and Massage Therapist, treating a wide range of physical conditions & injuries. Not only do I have years of experience as a therapist, I am also involved with academic teaching.
I don’t just treat competing athletes, I can offer care to patients of all ages & backgrounds; I focus upon each individual, thereby offering a specialist level of treatment appropriate to their needs.
I enjoy most healthy and sporting activities himself, and I am very self-motivated and ambitious with a keen interest in developing people to their potential.
I have been practicing as a counsellor in Greater Manchester for over 5 years. I work in both private practice and within the NHS helping people with a range of issues from anxiety and depression to trauma, bereavement and self-esteem issues.
I am a person centred counsellor, but I sometimes integrate some influences of other therapeutic models, such as CBT and expressive therapies depending on the clients needs.
I offer a confidential friendly non-judgemental environment where people can relax and explore their issues allowing them to gain a better understanding of who they are and why they react the way that they do.
I believe that the most important aspect of therapy is a good therapeutic relationship between the counsellor and client. With this, empathy and understanding clients are able to really engage with therapy and make positive changes in their lives.
